An exciting development opportunity has arisen within the Patient Pathway Team to support the Patient Pathway Performance manager in the delivery of the Referral To Treatment targets and Service and Financial Framework targets.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with staff groups across the Health Board on behalf of the Surgical Specialties Directorate, providing and receiving routine information and distribution to relevant staff.
To be responsible for highlighting and communicating any risk of breaches to clinicians and managers to enable further action to be taken.

Qualifications & Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Educated to Vocational Qualification Level 3 or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience.
- Qualifications in word-processing, spreadsheet, database and desk-top publishing or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience
Desirable criteria
- ECDL qualification
- Competent in using WPAS
- Understanding of Referral to Treatment Rules
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in Information Analysis
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the management of waiting lists
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working with Multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working in a similar NHS environment
