We are looking to recruit highly motivated individual to join our acute medical admissions team on Ward 9 at the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital . The team provide high standard and safe care to all the patients, suffering from acute medical illness.  We cover specialties relating to medicine including, toxicology, endocrinology, head injury, neurology and mental health.

  • Candidate must demonstrate a compassion and caring towards their patients and able to deliver high standard of care. One must possess a good communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the service needs of our patients which includes, weekends and night shifts. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.

  •  To work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist in the implementation of both direct and non-direct patient care.
