Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursing Assistant to join our Urgent Care Team at Hexham Hospital.
The successful candidate will work as part of the team to deliver care to both adults and children who present with minor injuries and illness.
We are open 7 days per week from 8am until 10pm.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as we have a comprehensive training package and will provide a supportive learning environment, encouraging you with your own personal development.

Main duties of the job
The successfully appointed applicant will be required to fulfil the following:
- Record observations
- ECG recording
- Wound dressings, splints and back slabs
- Phlebotomy
