Administration Assistant - Clinical Assessment Service

We are looking for a band 2 clinical assessment service administration assistant to support the smooth running of the service. This is a full time month post to cover maternity and includes working out of hours, weekends and bank holidays until January 2025
Duties include booking patient appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the clinical assessment administration service.
Based at our Bernicia House site- NEAS HQ.

Good administration skills, high level of attention to detail, good computer skills, empathy and a good telephone manner are required.

We have a specialised branch of the Trust called HART which deal with explosions or terrorist attacks.

Strong organisational/prioritisation qualities including the management of electronic and paper based filing systems and complex data storage/access systems.
