Job overview
To support the ambition and growth of the fleet team, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Creative Content Officer to join the team. The role will support both the processes behind our marketing efforts, as well as direct involvement in activities such as social media, email marketing and the Staff Facebook Group.
Main duties of the job
· Assist in the promotion of Fleet’s car and home electronics schemes, to our key target audiences who are colleagues in the NHS and wider public sector organisations.
· Contribute to both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and communications strategies.
· Assist in social media and email marketing concepts, designs, processing, and scheduling.
· Play an active part in Fleet’s colleagues Facebook Group posts and activities, which are seen as a key component of our staff engagement

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is one of the biggest and best NHS organisations in England serving one of the largest geographic area. Overall the organisation is innovative and dynamic and, as a result, runs one of the biggest commercial arms within the NHS who offer a range of different products and services to other NHS and Public Sector organisations.
The Commercial Department is a department within Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and they are responsible for the generation of non-core income for re-investment into patient care. The two main areas of success are NHS Fleet Solutions and NHS Home Electronics. Both businesses operate in the competitive salary sacrifice marketplace. An office based team consisting of 55 members of staff have responsibility for the delivery of the service.
NHS Fleet Solutions have in excess of 240 public sector client organisations on a nationwide basis including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. These 240 organisations lease 60,000 cars from NHS Fleet Solutions.
To support the ambition and growth of the department an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic, Creative Content Officer to join the team. The role will support both the processes behind our marketing efforts, as well as direct involvement in activities such as creative design, branding, photography, video and animation (including editing), email marketing and social media.
This is a part-time role, 22.5 hours per week, and a great opportunity for the right individual to help drive forward our marketing and communications effort.
The post holder will be office based at the trust’s site in Seaton Delaval and will report directly into the Head of Marketing.

Experience
Essential criteria
- • Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working within the marketing and/or creative/social media marketing fields.
- • Must have proven experience (and be able to evidence) of business processes, including Microsoft Excel, Asana and Google Sheets.
- • Essential to have proven commercial experience in video filming and production, including animation, as well as being accomplished in video editing apps and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and CapCut.
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Academically educated to A level/NVQ level 3 standard or relevant experience in a marketing or creative role in either the public or private sector.
