Receptionist/Admin Support 
Base:        City of Coventry Health Centre
Posts:     1 x Permanent 37.5hours per week 
Times:    Monday to Friday working between hours of 8am - 4.30pm with a 30 min break.

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrative support role, based within the Children's 4th floor Reception team.   The post-holder will be required to on Reception as part of a team of 3 staff, reporting to the Admin Team Co-Ordinator  and providing an effective and efficient reception and admin support service to clinicians and healthcare professionals across the different services provided on the 4th floor. .  You must be able to multi-task under pressure and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

You will be front of house greeting patients and visitors to the service. You will also be providing efficient general administrative duties for the various services across the floor, supporting the clinical staff and HCA's.   

We will require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner.  The role requires excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls as well as previous reception/office experience. 

Applicants will be dealing with parents/patients/out side agencies face to face on a daily basis, helping with queries. The 4th floor Reception is a very busy reception area, dealing with lots of different queries, prescriptions, internal telephone calls, scanning documents, maintaining care records and data inputting using our SystemOne software daily – previous experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
