Band 4 Admin Team Co-Ordinator Secondment Cover - 12 month Full Time 37.5 hours per week based at Swanswell Point

 

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity now available and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage and co-ordinate the administrative staff functions within the Community Mental Health Team in Swanswell Point. 

 

You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills to apply for the role of Admin Team Coordinator  based at Swanswell Point, Coventry. 

Main duties of the job

The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead.

 

You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis.

 

We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

 

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and a high level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook,  Excel, MS Teams etc).

This is a very busy role and the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy environment without direct supervision to meet challenging demands.

In addition to the above, the Postholder will have experience of working in a line management role. Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment.

Essential criteria
  • Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C)
  • QCF Business Administration Level 3
  • QCF Customer Service Level 3
  • QCF Team Leading Level 2 / First Line Management Level 3

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Competent working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Experience of working in a busy office / customer care environment
  • Secretarial experience for senior managers/ directors
  • Diary Management
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Competent at creating excel spreadsheets

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Articulate with excellent communication / customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion
  • Advanced keyboard / IT skills
