Title - Band 3 Admin Support
Working Pattern - Full-time 37.5 hours per week working across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has previous admin experience, excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Locality admin team.

The post holder will play an important role to provide efficient and comprehensive administration, accurate admin and clerical support to operational and clinical teams within our Integrated and Community Care Service (Community Nursing) This will include an ability to deal with a high volume of calls, staffing rota's, equipment audits, supporting New starters, ordering both stationery and clinical supplies in a pressured environment, have a good standard of English in order to format letters/documents , office experience and accurate data inputting skills are essential. You will be expected to manage and prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate must be able to build effective working relationships, with a professional, confident and mature attitude. The successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to change.
The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.

Research and Development
- Undertake surveys or audits (e.g., reception volume / traffic) as necessary. Ensure other admin staff undertake this as required.

- Frequent sitting or standing in a restricted position
- Word-processing and inputting data. Repetitive movements as required for data input
- Work will be predominantly office based although travel to support services taking place at other Trust locations may be required

- Ability to pay attention to detail where there are unpredictable interruptions to the work pattern

- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations
- Support the team handling appropriate customer complaints in relation to the service, escalating formal complaints to a Band 5 Senior Admin Lead if appropriate and liaising with other relevant departments and agencies
