We are looking for a Band 5 Dietitian to become part of our Community team . This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the patient journey once they have left  hospital.   You will see patients in nutrition support clinics,  both face to face and virtual, supporting patients with oral nutrition support and Home enteral feeding,  you will also be supported to run cardiac rehab sessions and clinics in Coventry and Rugby.

Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
