Workforce Change Adviser

Probationary Period
All new staff to the Trust will be subject to a standard 6 month probationary period, the details of which will duly follow in your contract of employment.

Agile and Flexible Working
All our staff will have a work base. However the Trust operates as an Agile Working Team therefore staff may be working from home on a regular basis as required by the service. However, occasionally travel around Warwickshire and into your base will be required so access to your own transport would be helpful.
The Trust also welcome staff to work flexibly and we would welcome the conversation at interview regarding flexible working.

As such we are recruiting a very dynamic and enthusiastic Workforce Change Advisor.

Working within the Employment Services team, the successful candidate will need the ability to work in a high pace, ever changing environment, have a positive attitude towards new developments that affect better usage of ESR and Health Roster systems. Also be innovative, forward thinking and a team player.
Experience of Electronic Staff Records (ESR) and Health Roster and would be essential.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is a key member of the Workforce Team within The Employment Services Department and responsible for supporting changes with the ESR and Health Roster Systems. This includes processing new starters, leavers and any assignment changes. The role will also support our payroll processes to ensure all staff are paid correctly.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the effective processing of payroll changes and updates to ESR and Health Roster
- Give advice to managers and staff answering queries on payroll, enhancements and salaries ensuring best practice and compliance with Trust standard
- Ensure that ESR and Health Roster are accurately updated with new starters, leavers and changes.
- Give advice to managers and staff answering queries on best use of Health Roster and ESR
