Job overview

To provide a comprehensive administration service to the clinical teams within the Learning Disability Service at Ridge Hill.

Main duties of the job

Providing admin support to clinical teams within the Dudley LD Service to include using Rio, typing letters, placing orders, attending team meetings and taking minutes, good telephone manner, covering reception when required.

Experience and knowledge

Essential criteria
  • 5 GCSE's passes to include Maths & English
  • Experience using Rio
  • 2 years experience in administration work
Desirable criteria
  • 1 year previous NHS experience
