Registered Mental Health Nurse
NHS AFC: Band 5
We’re a large NHS Mental Health Trust in South East England. We’re looking for people to help us provide high quality services for the patients, carers and local communities we serve.
We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Sussex Partnership.
Calling those who care, who want to make a difference and challenge the stigma!
Come and join the Langley Green Team who are currently looking for a band 5 nurse on their acute mental health ward, Coral.
Coral are a bubbly and friendly team known for their supportive and caring nature. They pride themselves on working with the patients, which they refer to as service leaders as they lead the service. Hear from one of our service leaders what our ward is like- 'the Coral ward team have been so kind and supportive to me, I really value the impact they have made in my recovery'.

Working for our organisation
Coral Ward is situated within Langley Green Hospital in Crawley. Crawley is situated closely to London and Brighton and benefits from a thriving, vibrant and diverse community. Our Ward is unique in that it works with both Surrey and Sussex localities and so covers a vast geographical area. This has enabled fantastic working relationships with local resources and other trusts (including Surrey and Borders).
We are part of a trust which offers specialist training programs tailored to enable professional development, quality improvement and improve the care our service leaders receive. We firmly believe in 'no health care without self-care' meaning we support and invest in our staff. Just some of the ways we do this include robust supervision packages, staff wellbeing events and away days every 6-8 weeks.
