QVH is a specialist NHS hospital providing life-changing reconstructive surgery, burns care and rehabilitation services for people across the South of England.

In addition to receiving tertiary referrals from across the South East of England, QVH is continuing to develop a network of ‘spoke’ sites at district general hospitals enabling our consultants to offer their expertise with routine treatments and consultations as close to close to patients’ homes as is possible.

The Queen Victoria Hospital perioperative team pride ourselves on being supportive and friendly with a long history of clinical excellence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and driven by patient centred care. Our ideal candidate will be cheerful, hardworking, quick to learn, flexible, adaptable, supportive of colleagues and a great team player. You will be supported to learn new skills within a busy dynamic theatre suite. We serve the local and wider communities as a surgical hospital
As a specialist hospital we offer the following surgery:-
• Major head and neck reconstructive surgery
• Maxillofacial Surgery
• Plastic Surgery including major reconstruction
• Hand surgery
• Ophthalmics, including corneal grafts
• Burns for reconstructive surgery
-Newly qualified Nurses and ODPs
-Registered nursing staff looking for a change in career
-Experienced RGNs, ODPs
-Previous Healthcare workers looking to complete Return to Practice programme

The successful candidates will play a central role in working as part of a highly skilled, flexible and committed perioperative team.
Part-time would be considered for the right candidate.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
