An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new service for West Yorkshire & Barnsley delivering inpatient services to people with a learning disability. Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust & South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have come together to provide specialist inpatient services. The post holder will be based within the Multi-disciplinary Team either at Fieldhead Hospital (Wakefield) or Lynfield Mount Hospital (Bradford). There is an expectation that therapists will contribute to service development, training & supervision on both sites.”
Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust are also part of the governance & assurance group to ensure that the new arrangement works for people in Leeds, but the Trust is no longer a provider of inpatient services.

We have vacancies for enthusiastic & passionate Senior Health care support worker to join the team. The post will be held at agenda for change band 3, and applicants need to hold a minimum of a NVQ 2 in care and training can be given to reach an NVQ level 3 along with other opportunities to progress there professional development. Full time working is preferred, but consideration would be given to those seeking part-time hours.
