Job overview

We are seeking a confident, experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Service Coordinator who is passionate about improving patient care to join our Physical Health and Wellbeing Service to help us deliver our Bradford District and Craven action plan 'Improving Physical Health and Reducing Premature Mortality for People with Severe Mental Illness, Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Condition'.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Service Coordinator is to support the team with service delivery and leading on service wide coordination, including performance reporting and system analysis.  You will support with service improvements, administration and site coordination, health and safety and service quality standards, working toward trust targets, values, strategic objectives and business planning.

Essential criteria
  • ECDL Qualification or equivalent advanced Microsoft experience
  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths
Desirable criteria
  • RSA III / ILM Qualification (Level 3) or equivalent

  • Working with systems and processes
  • Maintaining systems
