The Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge nurse is required to oversee the day to day running of the ENT/Ophthalmology Outpatients department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in providing vital ENT/Ophthalmology services to patients attending the outpatient department.

- In depth knowledge and understanding of the needs of patients attending an outpatient setting

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- RGN
- Teaching and assessing qualification e.g. ENB 6590 (998) or equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
- Post registration qualification / training in area of clinical specialty and/or an Outpatient setting
- ENB courses applicable to specialism
