Job overview

We are seeking to recruit a well-motivated, reliable individual with good communication/interpersonal skills to join our admin & clerical team for 22 hpw working 8am -8pm on a Saturday and Sunday. Duties will include data entry, reception and general admin duties. Applicants must have a flexible approach and be able to use their own initiative

Main duties of the job

Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard with a pass in English. Accurate data entry skills are a must as well as good all round computer skills. Previous experience of working in a reception/administrative role is also essential. Accuracy and attention to detail is key for this role.

 

The hours of work are 8am -8pm Saturday & Sunday with 1 hour lunch break

  • Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience. (e.g. GCSE A-C or NVQ Level 2)

  • Working experience/knowledge of computers, data input and word processing.
  • Previous reception and administrative experience in an administrative setting
