You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, part qualified or working towards your CIPD qualification and be keen to develop your skills in this varied role.

You will provide professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers on a range of People issues and casework in accordance with Spectrum’s policies, employment legislation, ACAS codes of practice and other professional standards. This includes supporting managers to resolve and People issues informally wherever possible.

You may have experience of being involved or leading wellbeing initiatives but more important is your enthusiasm and creativity to improve the experience of staff within the workplace.  You will review data, best practice and engage with staff and staff networks to listen to staff feedback to make recommendations on appropriate initiatives and take these forward.  As a result, you will be an effective communicator with a wide variety of staff, both verbally via presentations and staff briefings or in writing using reports or newsletters
