This Support Worker role offers the opportunity to work closely with and provide essential support to a team of Recovery Coordinators within a busy and dynamic prison-based Drug & Alcohol Service. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of services that help individuals achieve their recovery goals, improve outcomes, and support successful reintegration into the community. Under the guidance of the Drug & Alcohol Service Manager (Recovery), Senior Practitioners, and other managers, the Support Worker will work effectively and flexibly as part of the wider team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
