The BDCT Adult Speech and Language Therapy team are a small but diverse group of skilled therapists & support workers. Looking to recruit a Clinical Support Worker to join our team.

It is an exciting time to join the team as we are working through a service transformation programme. The role would be ideal for an  Clinical Support Worker  with a passion for supporting adults with communication & swallowing difficulties. Your role will  working as part of the team supporting the running of groups according to an agreed plan , working along side the speech and language therapists , assisting with health education & promotion information for service users .

Job Overview Continued-

We support Service Users with a range of conditions impacting on communication & swallowing. The Clinical Support Worker role is integral to the smooth running of our service & involves direct contact with Service Users e.g. delivery of therapy programmes as instructed by Therapists in the team, as well as clinically relevant administrative tasks e.g. production of therapy resources.

We offer flexible/hybrid working opportunities, making use of tools such as video consultations & digital therapy resources to enhance our services.
