Job overview

We are looking for an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for supporting medical education? Join our dynamic Medical Education Administration team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. You will play a key role in coordinating and administering high-quality training experiences for medical students and resident doctors.

Main duties of the job

In this varied role, you'll provide operational coordination for one of our core services — Foundation Programme, Undergraduate Placements, or Clinical Attachments — providing administrative support for to our senior team and the day to day running of the medical education provision. You'll be one of the first point of contact for learners, liaising with tutors, educational leads, and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of teaching programmes.

Person specification

Five GCSE inc Maths & English C or above or equivalent

Essential criteria
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
  • Five GCSE including Maths and English (grade C or above), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficient in computer skills including the full suite of Microsoft Office.
Desirable criteria
  • Medical Education or education setting
  • Experience of working in NHS setting
