Job overview

As the subject matter expert, to lead, develop and communicate the care organisation’s approach to the environmental cleaning agenda, ensuring the commitment and involvement of all key stakeholders.

To effectively manage and deliver the housekeeping service, ensuring that the locally agreed standards and service expectations, are consistently met.

Main duties of the job

Deliver a safe and high-quality Cleaning Service that achieves legal, financial and service targets whilst maintaining effective working relationships and achieving a high level of satisfaction from stakeholders.

 To manage the Trust’s outsourced contracts:  window cleaning and pest control services.
