The opportunity has a risen for a passionate pharmacist with specialist knowledge of chemotherapy to join our team. The small team works closely as an integrated part of the MDT where we look to innovate and continually develop the service.

You will be responsible for providing a specialist patient-focused clinical pharmacy service to our areas of inpatient care relating to oncology, haematology and palliative care

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

You will provide a pharmacy service as part of our clinical cancer services team, in particular Oncology, Haematology and Hospice specialities focussing on the inpatient setting. The intention of this role is for the successful candidate to be fully imbedded within the inpatient settings and to represent pharmacy in these settings.

We are a super friendly team with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.  We have a bright and airy department with a large tearoom and access to outdoor open spaces to improve wellbeing.  Our service is open 7 days a week and our current opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (with no late night rota), Saturday 9am-1pm and Sunday 9.30am-1pm.  Weekend shifts are 1 in 8 with one bank holiday per year.
