· Manage and support a small team, contributing to recruitment, appraisals, staff development and day‑to‑day leadership, while promoting collaborative and inclusive working.
Monitor supplier and contract performance, supporting stakeholders with issue resolution and ensuring compliance, quality and continuous improvement.
· Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external suppliers to support patient‑centered services, contribute to service improvement, and uphold strong professional standards.
The successful candidates will have the flexibility to be based at either in Royal United Hospitals in Bath NHS Foundation Trust, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust or Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon.
