Qualifications
Essential criteria
- 4 GCSE’s grade A*- D / 3-9 including Maths and English
- Ability to meet Level 1 literacy at selection
- Committed to the completion of the apprenticeship qualification
- Ability to meet entry Level 3 Numeracy at selection
Experience
Essential criteria
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer care when liaising with the public on the telephone, electronic and / or face to face
- Some understanding of the apprenticeship role
Desirable criteria
- Experience of team working
