Job overview
We’re looking for two administrators to join our friendly Children’s Therapy Service. These part-time roles are key to helping the team run smoothly and ensuring families receive the support they need without delay.
You’ll provide vital secretarial and admin support — from managing waiting lists and booking initial appointments, to liaising with families, schools, GPs, and colleagues across the Trust.
Key details:

3 days per week – with hours at the beginning or end of the week

Typical hours: 8:30–17:00 or 9:00–17:15

Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in the NHS or similar organisation
- Experience within a broad based clerical role
- Good attention to detail and completion of tasks to deadlines
Desirable criteria
- Able to use EMIS system for Child Health (formal training will be given)
- Able to use initiative and judgement in dealing with non routine enquiries and situations
- Understanding of basic medical terminology
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Sound qualification in English
Desirable criteria
- RSA 2 standard or equivalent
