Main duties of the job

The Pathway Coordinator Band 5 will support the Site Speciality Manager in ensuring sound administrative processes are in place to support the Directorate clinical teams in achieving operational objectives in an efficient and effective way. 

Excellent written and communication skills together with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines are essential. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Degree in Business, Administration or equivalent level of experience
  • Experience of managing a small, yet diverse team including appraisal, performance management and sickness.
  • Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Applications eg Excel, writing and producing plans, reports and charts.
  • Good team working ethic.
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of recent CPD
  • Ability to speak Welsh
