Job overview
Admin & Clerical Bank, plays an important role in providing temporary administration and clerical support to the clinical services across Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
We are looking for colleagues with various levels of admin and clerical experience who have with good interpersonal and organisational skills and who will be able to work well within our existing teams to cover short term, long term and ad hoc vacancies.
Main duties of the job
You will need to be flexible, reliable, adaptable and have good organisational skills. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be computer literate with experience of Word and Excel, be a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.
There will be a range of opportunities based on your skills and our requirements; however some of the duties covered by bank staff include reception work, updating the Patient Administration System, folding letters, inputting referrals, typing, filing, photocopying and answering telephones.
This is based at various sites at Wrexham and Flintshire.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
