BCUHB are looking to recruit a Continence Promotion Nurse to join our current Continence Staff within our Community Care Teams in Wrexham  (East Area).

We are committed to ensuring we meet the direct needs of our local Communities, maintaining individual’s independence and improving their quality of life.

The post supports the delivery of safe and effective services for patients with bladder and or bowel dysfunction.

The post is suitable for an experienced Community Staff Nurse or Acute Nurse with Urology / Colorectal care experience, wishing to develop their skills, knowledge and competencies in managing patients with Continence Care needs in a community setting.

We would be looking for someone with excellent communication / interpersonal skills and someone who would enjoy the challenge of further developing our current services.

  • RGN Level 1
  • Nurse Prescriber or working towards
  • Evidence of CPD to Post Graduate
  • Teaching Qualification or experience
