What You’ll Do:
Perform high-quality CT and MRI scans with precision and compassion.
Contribute to service development and innovation in imaging practices.
Support junior staff and students, sharing your knowledge and experience.
Work across a flexible rota, including weekends and on-call duties.

What We’re Looking For:
HCPC-registered Radiographer with a keen interest in CT and/or MRI, previous experience is desirable but not essential.
A proactive, patient-focused professional with excellent communication skills.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main duties of the job

As a highly trained and autonomous Specialist/Senior Radiographer, you will independently perform a wide range of advanced diagnostic imaging procedures in CT and MRI, including participation in the out-of-hours rota. Your clinical expertise will ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of imaging services.

You will play a key role in delivering a patient-centred, high-quality imaging service, acting as a point of reference and clinical expert in CT and MRI. Under the guidance of the Principal/Service Lead Radiographer, you will contribute to both the day-to-day service delivery and ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include conducting a diverse array of complex examinations across both modalities. You will be expected to work independently during on-call shifts and core hours, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex cases with confidence and professionalism.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
