This is an exciting opportunity to join Sirona care & health as part of our Quality, Safety, and Security Team (QSST).
As a key member of the QSST Administration Team, you will provide essential support to our Directors of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals and the wider Senior Leadership Team, helping us achieve our shared goal of delivering safe, high-quality care across all our services.
Main duties of the job
You will play a pivotal role in:
• Providing high-quality business administration and PA support to senior leaders
• Coordinating diaries, meetings, and events
• Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
• Managing project administration and collating key data
• Building relationships with colleagues, partner organisations, commissioners, and service users
• Leading and supporting the QSST administrative team

You’ll also have oversight across a range of functions, including Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Patient Experience, Safeguarding, Infection Prevention & Control, and Health & Safety.

Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
- Advanced knowledge of MS software applications
Desirable criteria
- Qualification in Project management e.g Prince 2
Experience
Essential criteria
- Significant business support/administrative/secretarial experience working in a large/busy team
- Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Desirable criteria
- Experience in project managing events or visits for senior officials.
- Familiarity with medical/NHS terminology
