Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join Sirona care & health as an Executive Assistant within our Corporate Governance Team.

This is a key role providing high-level business and administrative support to our Board Chair, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) and the wider Corporate Governance Team. You’ll communicate on their behalf with a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions reflect Sirona’s values of “Taking it Personally” and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Working autonomously and using your initiative, you’ll manage and prioritise a varied workload, often to tight deadlines, and ensure that all aspects of the corporate administration office run smoothly and efficiently. Alongside dedicated support for the Chair and NEDs, you’ll play an active role in supporting the Corporate Governance Team to deliver a proactive, high-quality Board Secretariat service.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Board Chair and Non-Executive Directors, including maintaining profiles, engagement records, and training logs.

  • Manage and coordinate complex diaries, prioritising competing demands and ensuring meetings and events are efficiently scheduled.

  • Prepare and brief the Chair and Non-Executive Directors for meetings and events, ensuring all relevant documentation is provided in advance.

  • Deliver a full Committee management service, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking and timely distribution of papers.

  • Produce high-quality reports, papers, and presentations in line with organisational deadlines.

  • Plan and organise meetings, events and travel arrangements, ensuring they run smoothly and to a professional standard.
