This will involve responsibility for maintaining accurate records of work undertaken to comply with the statutory regulations. The role of the Estates Supervisor is to lead a multidisciplinary team providing a comprehensive Healthcare engineering maintenance service to all wards and departments within a multidisciplinary environment ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. As Estates Supervisor the post holder will report directly to the Deputy Estates Managers and provide effective management and leadership support for Estates staff in Estates Operational Maintenance Additional Works Capital Backlog and Maintenance Services supported by performance management arrangements.
