The post holder will be reporting on a day to day basis to the Estates Supervisor and maintenance managers. Communicate technical knowledge to others particularly in the safe use of fixed woodworking machinery and other portable equipment.  Undertake site inspection and surveys determine Plant access materials and tools requirements. Report any other defects.  Use and operate the Estates PlanetFM computerised labour management system. Plan and prioritise own workload.
