We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.
Job overview
The Trust have successfully established a Rough Sleeping Team, and we are now recruiting staff to the Team. An opportunity exists for an Admin worker (WTE 0.6 - 3 days pw) to assist the Multi-Disciplinary Team with those tasks described in the attached Job Description.
This is an exciting development providing a much-needed service which will cover the tri borough area. You will be a good communicator with a degree of flexibility, able to maintain precise records and input data to a required standard.
You will also assist with minutes /notes at meetings, liaise with partners and be able to support the Team with a variety of tasks that will ensure we provide service users with the best possible outcomes. Telephone, computer and personal communication skills are essential for this post.
Main duties of the job
You will enter data regularly on the appropriate e- forms, you will need to maintain records on clients and maintain a small petty cash float.
You will keep accurate and up to date records of any cash transactions completed by Team members.
Accurate minute taking at meetings is an essential of the post. You will be required to distribute information to a small Team group.
Clear and effective communication is a firm requirement as message taking is also a task of the post holder.
You will need to be a good timekeeper. Punctuality is an essential requirement of the post.
