Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Administrator to join our dedicated Safeguarding Team at Sirona care & health.

As part of the wider safeguarding administration team, you will provide essential administrative support across our Safeguarding Single Point of Access (SPA), Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH), and locality safeguarding teams as required. You will play a vital role in ensuring that safeguarding processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our specialist safeguarding nurses and the wider multi-agency team.

The role will primarily focus on supporting the SPA administrative functions, but you will also be involved in a range of safeguarding activities, including MARAC, MASH, multi-agency meetings, audits, reports, and case reviews.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with colleagues and partner agencies, contributing to the delivery of high-quality safeguarding services that protect vulnerable children and young people.

Main duties of the job

As a safeguarding administrator you will be key to the day-to-day functioning of the SPA team whilst also being available to work within other safeguarding workstreams of MASH and locality work. Your will have a role to report to and support the Senior safeguarding admin and Safeguarding manager by ensuring data is accurately recorded and inputted.

Working alongside Safeguarding nurses and Community Paediatricians. You will support the nurses with information requests, collecting, collating information and recording data to enable the smooth running of information flows in and out of SPA/MASH.
