An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator - receptionist to join our friendly team based at The Rosewood Centre, Middlesbrough, supporting the Middlesbrough Child and Adolescent Mental health service.
Previous NHS experience not essential, although may be helpful.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.

Reception duties include greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors and answering queries via telephone and email. The ability to remain calm and communicate clearly is essential as well as promoting a positive culture for Children and Young people living with mental health issues and/or neuro diverse conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform admin tasks, update calendars, appointment letters, maintain visitor logs, deal with incoming & outgoing post and calls, photocopying, scanning and ensure that all information in the reception area for staff and public is clearly displayed and updated as appropriate

Qualifications

- BTEC Diploma/Level Level 2 qualification in relevant field OR equivalent experience, OR willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role.
Experience
