Job overview

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is embarking on a long-term approach to developing its culture, leadership and engagement. In order to support this work and other key organizational development priorities, we are looking for someone with experience of engaging with employees who will support us in developing and delivering effective workforce engagement strategies.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who is experienced, confident and has a high level of knowledge, skills and expertise in staff experience and engagement. The role requires someone with a compassionate, open and inclusive approach, and the skills to be able to facilitate, develop relationships and support others to participate in exploring and developing culture change within a large complex organisation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this position. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply for the position.
