Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.

Job overview
· To support the People & Organisational Development Team in the delivery of a professional and high quality and responsive service to the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership staff across Wales.
· To co-ordinate and support a variety of events led by the People and OD team, using initiative and relevant experience and always maintaining confidentiality.
· To support the team in the co-delivery of Mental Health First Aider training, and other related training.
· To oversee and maintain the various communication channels within the team, including the SharePoint intranet site and internal newsletters.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role is to administrate and co-ordinate events run on behalf of the People and Organisational Development team. Some of these events may be related to:

- Health and Well-being
- Widening Access
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Speaking up Safely
- Culture and Engagement
The postholder will also be responsible for administrating and co-ordinating communications on behalf of the team. This may include but is not restricted to:
- People and OD newsletter

Essential criteria
- Experience of dealing with administrative procedures and query resolution
- Experience in event administration and co-ordination
- Experience in the delivery of training
Desirable criteria
- PGCE or Equivalent Teaching Qualification
Qualifications and/or knowledge
Essential criteria
- Business Administration Qualification Level 4 or Equivalent Experience
Desirable criteria
- Train the Trainer Mental Health First Aider Qualification Level 3
- CIPD Level 3
Skills and Attributes
Essential criteria
- Ability to work proactively, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desirable criteria
- Ability to Speak and Understand Welsh at Level 3 along with the ability to be Read and Write in Welsh at Level 3
