Are you experienced in providing support to a busy team, prioritising a variety of tasks while paying meticulous attention to detail?
Do you enjoy a varied role, supporting the production of webinars, assisting with procurement of goods and services, organising and minuting meetings and confident in the use of social media platforms?
Have you applied experience in the use of the MS Office suite of software, especially Outlook, Excel and Word and are you familiar with using Microsoft Teams?
If so you could be the person we are looking for.
If you are an enthusiastic team player who is also a self-starter, if you can work to tight deadlines and communicate with a range of stakeholders and if you would like to be involved in the development of something new and exciting then we would welcome your application.
This role is newly adapted and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to really make it their own whilst delivering on the key objectives for the team.

Main duties of the job
The WDOH unit is a relatively new and small but growing unit within the Health and Wellbeing Directorate of Public Health Wales. The unit plays a key role in reducing health inequalities for the people of Wales. A significant part in achieving that is played by the Public Health Network Cymru. A part of your role will be to provide support to the PHNC from procurement to assisting with website and social media account upkeep. Your role will also provide support to project work ongoing within the wider unit, arranging meetings and workshops, updating project plans and taking notes.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post holder is required to communicate and liaise with directorates, divisions, stakeholders, external organisations and suppliers, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Public Health Wales policies.

- RSA111/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- High level of written english
- Experience of MS Office
- Working in NHS
- Experience of Teams/events
Welsh language skills are desirable
