Working closely with colleagues across the Health Board, you will play a pivotal role in service improvement, performance management and the implementation of innovative, evidence-based approaches to care.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the professional development of the podiatry workforce by designing and delivering specialist training, competency frameworks and educational programmes. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with GPs, Consultants, Orthopaedic and Vascular teams and other healthcare professionals to support admission avoidance, complex community care and effective patient pathways. You will also provide specialist clinical advice, contribute to the development of service models across Hywel Dda, and play an important role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will support service improvement through audit, research and evaluation, helping to shape and enhance specialist podiatry services across the Health Board while promoting best practice and innovation.
