A good working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 as well as MS office 2010 and above are needed to be successful in this role. Experience in MS server based technologies including Active Directory and support in a in a corporate LAN\WAN environment would be advantageous.

You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in IT hardware and software support in a busy environment, preferably in a similar role, and be both dynamic and responsive in your approach to work. You must be capable of managing and effectively prioritising your own workload.
