Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration Service within the Pain Waiting List team in Hub 14.
To work at the Castle Hill site, we are looking for enthusiastic people with previous customer service experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and are able to organise and prioritise their workload. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit 1 x 30 hour post to work within the Pain admin team.
The successful candidate will join a fantastic secretarial team, main duties will include:
Booking Patients for Pre assessments and Surgery
Ensuring Theatre lists are booked in line with Trust KPI's
Tracking patient pathways
General office duties
Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work, people who have a flexible approach to working. Excellent customer service skills is a must!
