The Roles

1. Employee Service Centre Apprentice  
You’ll be the friendly, first point of contact for staff queries and will support key administrative processes such as:

  • Managing smartcards and ID badges
  • Assisting with pre-employment checks
  • Providing day-to-day admin support in our People Hub
  • Maintaining data and records using internal systems

 

2. Recruitment Admin Apprentice
Join our fast-paced Recruitment Team, where you’ll support the hiring journey from start to finish by:

  • Responding to candidate and hiring manager enquiries
  • Supporting interview and onboarding arrangements
  • Updating recruitment systems accurately
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great candidate experience

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at Castle Hill Hospital, featuring:

  • Group activities to show your teamwork and communication skills
  • Interviews to help us understand your values, enthusiasm, and potential

You don’t need previous NHS experience - just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in people and the NHS.
