Job overview
A vacancy has arisen on ward 16, a mixed sex Head & Neck, ENT/Breast/Plastic Surgery unit with the Centenary Building at Castle Hill Hospital.
Would you enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy, surgical ward setting? If so, you
could be just who we are looking for.
The patients we care for have a variety of both medical and surgical conditions and are nursed in a patient centred environment by an experienced and dedicated team.
This post would suit an enthusiastic, highly motivated registered nurse who wishes to develop their skills in a specialised surgical care setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct high quality patient care. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Sister and in partnership with the registered nursing team.
Main duties of the job
You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written, have a flexible approach to working and previous evidence of effective team working.
