Trosolwg o'r swydd

To assist with the delivery of patient care and to provide support to health care professionals within a multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of the clinician and within the group parameters of practice.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • ECG recording
  •  Chaperoning duties
  • Vaccine/cold chain storage, monitoring and recording temperature and stock.   
  • Clearing and re-stocking consulting rooms
  • Preparing and maintaining environments and equipment before, during and after patient care
  • Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted
  • Assisting with the collection and collation of data on needs related to health and well-being 
  • Ensuring that consumable and medication are available, re-ordered and restocked

  • Experience in auditing
  • Ability to calculate NEWS/ PEWS/ perform ECG, urine and pregnancy test.
