Job overview
To assist with the delivery of patient care and to provide support to health care professionals within a multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of the clinician and within the group parameters of practice.
Main duties of the job
- ECG recording
- Chaperoning duties
- Vaccine/cold chain storage, monitoring and recording temperature and stock.
- Clearing and re-stocking consulting rooms
- Preparing and maintaining environments and equipment before, during and after patient care
- Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted
- Assisting with the collection and collation of data on needs related to health and well-being
- Ensuring that consumable and medication are available, re-ordered and restocked

Experience
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 2 healthcare or relevant specialty
- Experience in auditing
- Ability to calculate NEWS/ PEWS/ perform ECG, urine and pregnancy test.
- Calm, organized and patient focused practitioner
