RPA Developer

NHS AfC: Band 4 - Band 6

Job overview

As an RPA developer at KCHFT you will build automations from process design documents (PDDs). These will range from simple automations to complex automations and you will be given the necessary training and development to support your automation capabilities to progress through a career pathway from a junior entry level developer at Band 4 through to an experienced RPA developer at Band 6 able to undertake complex automations. We also have Senior RPA Developers within the team to support your development journey, act as a role model and mentor and a point of expertise and advise.

You role as an RPA developer will be building automations, understanding best practice coding standards, developing automations from PDDs, liaising with process owners and managers across the organisation and externally to verify any queries with PDDs and undertaking robust testing with senior manager sign off before deploying live automations.

Main duties of the job

The complexity of the processes allocated to you for automation will vary depending on your training, skills, experience and banding.
