Temporary Staffing Assistant (Bank & Agency bookings)
£29,176 - £30,225 Inclusive of Hcas
We are currently recruiting for our busy Bank & Agency booking department to be part of a small friendly, effective team to provide temporary cover for the whole business both clinical & administrative.
The successful candidate will be receiving booking requests from Bromley Healthcare Services to provide short term and planned cover for staff absences by way of contacting both BHC Bank staff & engaging with approved agencies.
This will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective deployment, management and payment of temporary staff (bank and agency).To be the first point of contact for temporary staff, agencies and line managers, guiding all aspects of the temporary staffing process in accordance with policies and procedures and national frameworks.
We are looking for a candidate to be proactive in ensuring shifts are filled with bank workers and reducing agency spend.
Prioritise requests in line with service needs and timing of the requests made and react quickly where needed for urgent situations/requests arise.
Interviews expected to be held week commencing 26th May 2025

- Good general education (5 GCSEs or equivalent at C or above) or equivalent experience
