We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator to join our Oncology team to provide full administrative support.

This is a great opportunity for an excellent administrator to develop and learn within a complex, fast-paced environment. This post is offered on a full time hours of  37.5 working  Monday to Friday-  (4 days 9am- 5.00pm) and (1 day working 10.30am- 6.30pm).

 

Main duties of the job

  • Greeting patients at reception ensuring patients arrival and departure is captured on Cerner
  • Dealing with patients enquires and concerns and resolving issues
  • Answering unit phone calls and directing to the most apprioprate clinican 
  • Scheduling patients appointments
  • Scheduling procedures per clinical request
  • Supporting clinical team members
  • Data entry
